Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, and driving continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on manufacturing experience and the ability to motivate teams while meeting production goals.

Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Department: Production
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $35.00/hr (depending on experience)

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production teams to meet daily output, quality, and safety targets
• Monitor production processes and adjust workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Train, coach, and develop team members, including operators and support staff
• Oversee machine operations, troubleshooting, and production performance
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation
• Ensure product quality standards and customer specifications are consistently met
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to support operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Address performance issues and support employee engagement

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production supervisor or leadership role in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of high-volume production environments
• Experience with flexo printing or paper bag manufacturing preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues
• Knowledge of quality control processes and safety standards (OSHA)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking production data
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screen
