Material Operator

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Gurnee, IL. This role requires strong experience operating reach trucks and cherry pickers, along with the ability to support multiple departments as needed.

Location: Gurnee, IL
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr - $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime Required)

• 1st Shift: 6AM-230PM or 7AM-330PM
• 2nd Shift: 230PM-11PM or 3PM-1130PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach truck and cherry picker (approximately 80% of the shift)
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Move product throughout the warehouse using RF scanners and equipment
• Assist other departments during downtime (picking, packing, general labor tasks)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating reach truck and cherry picker required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, and standing
• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
