Production Associate (Cold Storage)

Location: Conley, GA, USA (Moreland Ave)
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (or until production is complete)
Environment: Cold storage facility (approx. 45°F)
Experience Level: Entry level welcome
Language: English as a second language is acceptable

Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for sorting, handling, and repackaging products in a fast paced warehouse environment. This role requires reliability, the ability to stand for long periods, and comfort working in a cold environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, and repack products for distribution

• Lift and move items up to 20 lbs repeatedly

• Dump boxes onto carts or tables and stack finished goods onto pallets

• Maintain quality and safety standards

• Rotate between different work lines and tasks

• Stand and move throughout long shifts (10–12 hours; Saturdays 8–10 hours)

• Follow a 6?day work schedule with a 7:00 AM start time
