Core Assembler – 1st Shift Weekend Shift
The Core Assembler is responsible for assembling components and parts according to specifications in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and working efficiently to meet production goals during weekend shifts.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Sunday, Friday, Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Duties:

• Assemble cores and related components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production quotas and deadlines
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable attendance, especially for weekend scheduling

Additional Expectations:

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with production or warehouse environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• May include exposure to noise, dust, or varying temperatures
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
