Braider - Poly (Night Shift)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Braider – Poly associate to support hose manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating poly braiding machines, monitoring production, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.

Location: Kenosha, WI

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $13.75/hour + $1 attendance incentive

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate poly braiding machines used in hose manufacturing

• Load yarn or poly materials onto braiding equipment

• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper hose production

• Inspect finished hoses for defects or quality concerns

• Follow production schedules and work instructions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Report machine issues or production concerns to supervisors

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
