Filler Helper – Day/Night Shift
The Filler Helper assists in the production process by supporting the operation of filling equipment and ensuring products are properly filled, packaged, and prepared for distribution. This role plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and a safe work environment.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2, 2,3 Rotating Schedule | 6:00 AM - 6:15 PM, 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM
Pay: $19.00 - $20.25/hour
What You’ll Do
- Assist operators with running and monitoring filling machines
- Load and supply materials such as bottles, containers, caps, and labels
- Inspect products to ensure proper fill levels, labeling, and quality standards
- Pack finished goods into boxes and prepare for shipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and production procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or product defects to supervisors
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Required use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hair nets, etc.)

Additional Details:
- First-day training, safety instructions, and onboarding will be completed onsite
- Positions are temporary with the opportunity to transition to temp-to-hire based on performance
- Permanent opportunities may be offered on night shift
