1st Shift Repack / General Warehouse Worker
Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable warehouse workers to join our team. Location: Bentonville, AR
Schedule Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Pay rate: $18
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including repacking, labeling, pallet handling, quality control, warehouse maintenance, and general labor duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This position works in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, pallet traffic, and production activity. Employees are expected to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Pack finished products according to customer specifications
- Label, tape, and palletize completed boxes accurately
- Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment
- Maintain labeling compliance according to product safety policies
- Perform pallet-related duties including:
- Case picking
- Stretch wrapping pallets
- Unwrapping cases
- Pallet organization
- Verify outbound pick sheets and shipment paperwork
- Confirm Bills of Lading (BOLs) match inbound and outbound loads
- Assist with inventory preparation, pallet movement, and cycle counts
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow sanitation schedules
- Remove debris and trash from work areas
- Support warehouse maintenance and special projects as assigned
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional warehouse duties assigned by supervisors
Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow repetitive work instructions accurately
- Comfortable cross-training in multiple warehouse functions and production lines
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, write, and speak English required
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting and movement of products and materials
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have good close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus ability
