Bartender – Non-Tipped (Food Service)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bartender (Non-Tipped) to join our food service team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently mixing and serving drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff. The ideal candidate will work quickly, accurately, and with minimal waste while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!
Schedule: 3:45 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay rate: $19/ hr

Duties:

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

• Work collaboratively with wait staff and kitchen personnel to ensure prompt service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

• Ensure drinks are prepared consistently and without waste

• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or food service experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Must comply with all alcohol service regulations

• Must be 21 years of age or older due to alcohol service requirements
