Small Parcels Associate

Looking for a detail-oriented associate with strong data entry skills and experience in shipping and order processing systems! If you have a background in warehouse shipping, logistics support, or high-volume order fulfillment, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.

Location: Glendale, AZ!
Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

Duties:

• Process and ship small parcel orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry for shipping labels, tracking numbers, and order details
• Operate shipping software systems to generate labels and manage outbound shipments
• Verify package information including weights, addresses, and contents
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely outbound shipments

Requirements:

• Experience with shipping systems or warehouse order processing required
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be able to read and write in English
