Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Shift Options

• Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee night shift operations within a 3PL fulfillment environment.

This role is responsible for leading warehouse teams, managing day-to-day fulfillment activities, supporting client-specific projects, and driving operational excellence across the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics and warehouse management experience who can motivate teams, solve operational challenges, and maintain high service levels in a dynamic eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including:
  • Order fulfillment
  • Inventory control
  • Quality assurance
  • Logistics coordination
• Ensure warehouse operations achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
• Partner with Operations Leadership to meet operational goals and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees across multiple functions
• Foster a safe, productive, and positive work environment

Client & Project Management

• Collaborate closely with Customer Support and Account Management teams to ensure client deliverables are met
• Oversee specialized fulfillment projects, including:
  • Kitting
  • Bundling
  • Custom packaging
• Support onboarding for new clients and fulfillment processes
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Provide real-time updates and issue resolution across internal teams

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain accurate reporting and operational tracking using Excel or Google Sheets
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• 5+ years of experience leading operations teams in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
• Proven experience managing teams of 10–50 employees
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Comfortable learning new technologies and proprietary software systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• College degree
• Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance
• Spanish language proficiency

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 USD
