Job Description
Operators – Day/ Night Shifts
The Day/Night Shift Operator is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: 2, 2,3 Rotating Schedule 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pay: $16.25/hour
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing or production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized according to housekeeping standards
- Communicate production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and inventory movement as required
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Work Environment
- Warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
- Fast-paced environment with physical activity

Additional Details:
- First-day training, safety instructions, and onboarding will be completed onsite
- Positions are temporary with the opportunity to transition to temp-to-hire based on performance
- Permanent opportunities may be offered on night shift
