Warehouse Worker 

Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Associates / Equipment Operators for a fast-paced distribution environment in Westampton, NJ. This position involves picking, packing, and shipping merchandise to customers in both local and surrounding areas. Candidates must be comfortable operating warehouse equipment and working in a physically demanding environment.

Location: Westampton, NJ
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Mandatory overtime may extend shifts until 3:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.90/hour

Duties:
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Process returned merchandise and complete inventory cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment including double-length rider pallet jacks, forklifts, and cherry pickers
• Move merchandise from reserve to pick slots
• Assemble and verify pre-packed orders
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the warehouse
• Operate RF scanners, shrink wrap machines, and PC/Data Terminals
• Lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Bend, stoop, climb, stand, and twist for extended periods of time

Requirements:
• Previous experience operating a ride-on pallet jack required
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers preferred
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to complete forklift training/certification successfully
• Comfortable working overtime as needed
