Location: Montgomery, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Roles
Midway Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates to join the team in Montgomery, IL. We are hiring for multiple positions across 2nd and 3rd shift, including Material Handlers, Skid Wrappers, and Roll Wrappers. These roles support daily production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and have prior warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

• Operate wrapping machines (skid/roll) as assigned

• Stage materials for production and ensure proper labeling

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

• Support machine operators and team members as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1+ year of warehouse, production, or material handling experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime if needed

Important Notes
Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive physical work and meeting production deadlines. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
