Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader with a passion for precision and innovation? We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Southampton, PA. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, lead diverse production teams, and influence high-stakes projects within a fast-paced environment. If you thrive in multi-shift settings and have a proven track record in aerospace, defense, or high-mix manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Bring:

• Over 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience, managing production and plant operations.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machining, metal fabrication, welding, and precision manufacturing—preferably in aerospace or defense sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading supervisors and teams of 50+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Kaizen, 5S, OEE, KPI management, waste reduction, and throughput optimization.
• Skilled in production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Proven ability to manage and improve critical KPIs such as output, scrap, rework, efficiency, on-time delivery, and labor utilization.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Background in sheet metal, industrial fabrication, or aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cross-departmental collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing leadership roles within precision machining, fabrication, aerospace, or defense.
