Midway Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick/Packers to join our team in Wind Gap, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Location: Wind Gap, PA
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Duties:

• Pick orders accurately using order sheets and RF scanners
• Pack items securely and ensure proper labeling for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
