Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Warehouse)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a growing logistics and warehouse operation. We are currently seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service skills and warehouse systems experience to join our fast-paced team. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate start availability for qualified candidates.

Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(1-hour lunch break)

Pay Rate:
$19.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on experience and interview outcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and clients
• Manage communication through phone, email, and Microsoft Outlook
• Process and maintain orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Update customer accounts and shipment information accurately
• Assist with order tracking and issue resolution
• Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, for daily tasks
• Effectively multitask and manage changing priorities
• Support additional operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required
• Experience with Extensiv 3PL WMS is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Environment:

Employees will work in an office and warehouse support environment requiring frequent communication, multitasking, and collaboration with operations teams.
