Quality Assurance Facility Appearance Specialist Position Summary The Facility Appearance Position requires dependability and organization to handle day-to-day duties with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Facility Appearance Specialist is responsible for all general facility related functions including (but not limited to) janitorial needs, floor scrubber operations, and other duties assigned by direct supervisors. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean and safe work environment with warehouse sanitation schedules. • Clear and clean job areas and exterior areas around facility of debris and trash. • Clean floor areas using power scrubber and other non-powered tools • Assist supervisors with special projects in the warehouse. • Perform warehouse maintenance duties. • Perform other duties as required. Job Requirements Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • 1 year of related work experience. • Ability to become powered floor scrubber certified with continuous training. Essential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Language Skills: • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently is required. • Spanish is preferred (required in some markets).
