Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative position in Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable and has strong communication skills. Candidates must also be flexible, as overtime will frequently be required.

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (flexibility required for overtime)
Pay rate: $17.50/hr

Duties:

• Assist customers with inquiries and support needs
• Perform data entry and computer-based tasks
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Support daily office and dispatch operations

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate
• Strong communication and customer service skills preferred
• Must be reliable and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
