Porter
Location: Tampa, Florida
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8am-12pm
Pay Rate: $32.00/hour
Duties
-
Complete daily checklists and assigned tasks.

Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal.

Perform landscaping upkeep between 3rd-party service visits.

Clean and sweep swimming pools as required.

Arrange property furniture as directed.

Mop and vacuum daily in all required areas.

Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day.

Maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards.
Requirements

Work a full shift and be present on-site during the required schedule.

Be available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime if necessary.

Assist with move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins beyond normal hours.

Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly; may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the day.
