Injection Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Machine Operator to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great entry-to-mid level opportunity for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and interested in growing within a production setting. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment and is comfortable with repetitive, quality-focused work.

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $20 - $23

Duties:

• Operate injection molding machines following instructions and standard procedures
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficient production
• Assist with mold setup and basic machine support tasks as directed
• Inspect products for quality and perform basic trimming, finishing, and labeling
• Assist with material handling and preparation as needed
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of machines and work area
• Support troubleshooting of minor machine issues (escalate when needed)
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Support team members with additional production tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered)
• Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions accurately
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
• Willingness to work in a loud manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
