2nd Shift Packer

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Schedule:
2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday
3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Duties:

• Pack glued cartons into corrugated cases for shipment to customers
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
•  Complete all production documentation and reporting accurately within the ERP system
• Identify quality concerns in a timely manner to help minimize waste and remakes
• Communicate production and quality issues to operators, production leads, and management
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, packaging, or quality inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
