1st Shift Inbound Crew Member(Receiver), COLD Environment $17.50

Inbound Crew Member (Inbound Receiver)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: $17.50/hr
• Reports to: Inbound Lead
• Responsibilities:
• Receive new products as they enter the building.
• Inspect products for damage upon receipt.
• Ensure all FSQA standards are met at receipt.
• Meet established standards for quantity and quality of work on an ongoing basis.

·  Requirements:
·  High School Diploma or GED.
·  1+ years of experience in a similar role.
·  Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
·  Ability to meet established standards for quantity and quality of work.
·  Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34°F.
·  Adherence to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards.
·  Basic computer skills.
·  Ability to provide coaching and/or feedback in a constructive manner.
