Equipment Operator

Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Grove City, OH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong order picking and warehouse equipment experience who are looking for a stable, long-term position with growth potential.

Location: Grove City, OH
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (with overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Duties:

• Perform order picking accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and voice-directed systems.
• Operate Double Blade Electric Ride-On Pallet Jacks.
• Operate Raymond Stand-Up Reach Trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
• Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous order picking experience required.
• Experience operating a Double Blade Electric Ride-On Pallet Jack required.
• Experience operating a Raymond Stand-Up Reach Truck required.
• Previous loading and unloading experience required.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Must have steel-toed boots.
• Must have a strong work history, with previous assignments or positions lasting at least 9 months.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English, as all voice equipment is in English.
• Must be available for morning interviews. Due to manager availability, reschedules will only be considered after all scheduled candidates have been interviewed.
