Facility Maintenance 

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance to join our team on the 1st shift. This role is responsible for maintaining upkeep of the facility by doing minor repairs, routine cleaning and general upkeep to enusre a well-maintained environment. 

Location: Bedford Park, IL
Schedule: 1^st Shift - 6:30am-3pm 
Pay rate: $24+

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance task such as chaning light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, replacing filters. 
• Inspect facilites for safety hazards and report major repairs
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials
• Set up and break down rooms for meetings/events

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a facility maintenance 
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equiment 
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects and pefrorm physical task
