Material Handler

Location: Lake Zurich, IL 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime required as needed)
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.50/hour, based on experience

Duties:

• Utilize RF scanners to accurately select customer orders for shipping.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Mark, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Prior RF scanner experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand customer orders and related documentation.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Must be available to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays during peak production periods.
