1st Shift Pick/Pack Project

Location: Wind Gap, PA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM 
Project Date: July 6th (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

About the Role

Join our team for a 3-4 week warehouse project! We’re seeking dependable and motivated associates to help repack and relocate inventory, maintain safety standards, and keep operations running smoothly.
Attendance and reliability are critical for this short-term project — every team member plays a key role in meeting project deadlines and maintaining workflow.

Job Duties

• Pick orders accurately using order sheets and RF scanners
• Pack products securely and ensure shipments are properly labeled
• Palletize completed orders for outbound shipment
• Operate manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Perform physical tasks (bending, crouching, reaching, standing long periods)
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse guidelines

Requirements

• Must be available for full project dates 
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stay on feet all shift
• Prior warehouse/pick-pack/shipping experience preferred
• Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
