3RD SHIFT | TEMP-TO-HIRE
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated Packers for a growing manufacturing and warehouse operation near West Chicago, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours and long-term potential with a great company.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment.
• Perform manual material handling, including lifting, stacking, and palletizing.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand tools, and shrink-wrap machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and GMP guidelines.
• Follow work instructions and supervisor direction to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products for visible defects and report any quality concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts and material staging as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work the full 3rd shift schedule.
