Job Description
Customer Care Representative
Join a customer-focused team helping clients stay informed on their orders. If you enjoy communication, problem-solving, and providing excellent service, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Must reside in the Phoenix area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible schedule between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM AZ time; hybrid schedule with onsite work on Tuesdays (subject to change).
Pay rate: $19
Duties:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding order updates

Send emails and provide status updates on customer orders

Document all customer interactions in internal systems

Manage and follow up on a prioritized list of customer orders
Requirements:

Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred
