Warehouse Associate

Location: Freehold, NJ 07728

Schedule Options:

• Sunday to Thursday 10 PM - 6 :30AM
  Pay Rate: $20.90/hour

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a secure records-management warehouse environment. This role involves hands-on physical work, consistent movement, and strict adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and keeping things organized, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system

• Pull, scan, retrieve, and return physical record boxes to warehouse shelving

• Shred confidential and outdated documents following company procedures

• Use ladders to retrieve and organize inventory stored in high locations

• Disassemble, sort, weigh, and prepare materials for storage or destruction

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment

• Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment, including manual pallet jacks

• Follow all warehouse safety, confidentiality, and operational guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to read labels and follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying active throughout the shift

• Basic comfort with computers, scanning tools, and warehouse equipment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly

• Able to stoop, kneel, climb ladders, crouch, push, pull, and stand for long periods

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment

• Must wear steel-toe boots, jeans, and warehouse-appropriate attire
