Job Description
General Production Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented associates to join our team in Sturtevant. This position is responsible for repacking, packaging, and preparing glass products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and safe handling practices are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Repack and package glass products according to customer specifications
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or damages
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Label, sort, and organize materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures when handling glass products
- Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to safely handle fragile glass products
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
