Warehouse Associate | Cargo Handlers

Midway Staffing is currently hiring Cargo Handlers for a busy freight and warehouse operation in Brainerd, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable, full-time employment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Location: Brainerd, MN 
Schedule:
• Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Full-Time Hours

Pay Rate: $16.42 per hour

Duties:
• Load and unload freight from trucks using dollies and other manual equipment.
• Move, stage, organize, and prepare cargo for shipment and distribution.
• Verify freight and maintain accurate, organized storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Sort and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting while meeting productivity expectations.

Requirements:
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull freight throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, freight handling, loading/unloading, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
