Location: Coconut Creek, FL
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15.00

Job Description

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated General Labor associates to join a fast-paced bread manufacturing and production facility. This position is responsible for production of bread products while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. 
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and packaging of bread and bakery products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production facility.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following sanitation standards.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety policies.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and twisting
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Working around moving machinery and production equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable working in non control and control temperatures
