Inventory Control- Cold Storage
Location: Hiram, GA 30141
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Schedule: Fri -Tues (days off Wed & Thur) 
*schedule subject to change based on business need

Job Summary
The ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting quality and FIFO (First In, First Out) processes within a warehouse environment. This role may require working in a cold environment and standing, walking, and lifting throughout the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Follow and maintain FIFO inventory practices.
• Support inventory control and quality assurance processes.
• Move and organize pallets as needed.
• Investigate and document inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems.

• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory discrepancy investigation and resolution.
• Understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.
• Ability to move pallets and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and occasional 10-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in cold-temperature environments.
• Basic computer and inventory system skills preferred.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, ICQA, or quality assurance experience.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
