Warehouse Associate – Cold Storage

Midway Staffing is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a refrigerated distribution facility. This position is responsible for receiving, loading, unloading, and organizing food products while working in a cold storage environment. Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Location: Erlanger, KY 41018
Schedule: Sunday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Duties:

• Load and unload delivery trucks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Receive incoming products, verify quantities, and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Move, store, and organize food products throughout the distribution center.

• Complete load verifications using handheld scanners.

• Assist the Production Department as needed.

• Perform heavy pushing, pulling, lifting, and movement of products.

• Work safely in refrigerated temperature zones ranging from 33–38°F.

• Maintain compliance with food safety and warehouse safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (33–38°F) for the duration of the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.

• Must have the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, push, and pull products for extended periods.

• Must provide and wear your own steel-toe boots (required and not provided).

• Must wear appropriate clothing for cold conditions, including jeans/pants and warm layers such as hoodies, sweatshirts, or jackets.

• No loose jewelry, watches, or clothing with dangling strings/decorations allowed on the warehouse floor.

• Food safety PPE and high-visibility items will be provided upon arrival.
