Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Temporary)
Location: Cincinnati OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is responsible for performing general building and equipment maintenance, completing repairs, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has experience with basic mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
- Repair doors, lighting, shelving, flooring, and other facility components.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with facility projects and other maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or mechanical repair experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, climb, and walk throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
