Forklift Operator

Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a stable, full-time position in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Location: Eagan, MN

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Duties:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Pick, pack, inspect, and move products throughout the warehouse and onto/off trailers.
• Stack and store materials according to inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Complete production records, documentation, and inventory transactions using RF scanners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting production and quality standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift or warehouse experience.
• OSHA forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
