Shipping Clerk

• Generate bills for orders scheduled to ship out.
• Process orders using ERP System (Oracle).
• Assist Truck drivers by finding their orders in the system and assigning dock doors.
• Call drivers to let them know their freight is loaded and ready.
• Release/Print orders for the next day, including copies and labels.
• Respond to emails.

• A minimum of 1 to 3 yrs of experience as in an administrative/clerical position preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Well organized and responsible.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Familiar with Oracle is a plus.
