Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support both plant and office operations. This role is essential in ensuring employees complete onboarding, training, and daily operational requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Pay: $17
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Duties

• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and prepare shipping documentation for outbound shipments.
• Schedule freight pickups and coordinate shipments with transportation carriers using transportation management systems.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely using a sit-down forklift.
• Pull, package, and process inventory for customer orders while updating transactions in AS400.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse clerical experience preferred.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift with the ability to load and unload materials safely.
• Proficiency using warehouse management systems, ERP systems (AS400 preferred), or transportation management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
