Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

Midway Staffing is hiring dependable Fulfillment Specialists for a fulfillment and records management facility in Tracy, CA. This role involves processing customer orders, assembling kits, receiving inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Essential Duties

• Process inventory and customer fulfillment orders accurately and on time
• Assemble custom kits and prepare materials for shipment
• Receive, organize, and track inventory
• Load, unload, and move products using pallet jacks and carts
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, scales, cutters, binders, and inserters
• Use handheld tools including box cutters, tape guns, and staplers
• Package, label, sort, and prepare shipments
• Record information accurately in company systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 35–40 lbs. regularly and up to 51 lbs. occasionally
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable pushing or pulling loaded carts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
