Warehouse Operations- Record Center Specialist

Location: Northborough, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5 days/week, 9-hour shift including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:
Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support operations in a secure records-management environment. This is a physically demanding role involving frequent lifting, moving, and organizing storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
Retrieve, move, organize, and return storage boxes and records
Load and unload boxes, pallets, and trucks manually and with material handling equipment
Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and handheld scanners
Climb ladders to access inventory when needed
Maintain safety, accuracy, and confidentiality standards
Requirements:

Warehouse experience required
Ability to lift and carry 10–100+ lbs regularly without assistance
Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing throughout the shift
Comfortable working on concrete and uneven surfaces
Ability to read and follow instructions in English
Steel-toe footwear required
