General Labor – Warehouse Positions Starting Late July
Job Title: General Labor – Warehouse
Department: Warehouse Operations
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Rialto, CA
Schedule: 1^st and 2^nd shifts are available with shift differential

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General associates to support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for assisting with receiving, sorting, packaging, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Sort, stage, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Feeding items though “Shrink” machine to wrap product.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled according to customer requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
• Oversee bailer operations as needed.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Pass e-verify and background chek

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.

• Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
