Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift

Location: Kenosha, WI

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Optional Overtime: Fridays as needed

Pay Rate: $23.00 – $28.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their team. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in ensuring products are shipped accurately and safely, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare small package and freight shipments for safe delivery
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Obtain shipping rate quotes
• Maintain inventory and material heat lot control
• Purchase general maintenance and shipping supplies
• Make local deliveries using the company van
• Accurately maintain shipping and receiving records
• Utilize Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred
• Forklift experience (certification preferred; training available)
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and excellent communication skills
