Machine Operator- Bolingbrook IL

Location: Bolingbrook, IL 
Shift: 
Shift A: 3AM-3PM OR 3PM-3AM Sunday-Tuesday Alternating Wednesday
Shift B: 3AM-3PM OR 3PM-3AM Thursday-Saturday Alternating Wednesday
Pay:
Shift A: $20/hour (Temp-to-hire & Incentives)
Shift B: $20/hour (Temp-to-hire & Incentives)

Job Duties

• Set up and operate MSD Inserter equipment according to production specifications.
• Load and stage envelopes, inserts, printed materials, and production supplies.
• Monitor machine operation, make adjustments, and maintain production and quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and clear machine jams or equipment issues.
• Sort, inspect, and remove defective, damaged, or incorrect materials from the production line.
• Stack, bundle, organize, and stage materials for further processing or shipping.
• Operate OMR, 2D, and barcode systems while following IMb and USPS mail preparation requirements.
• Complete production logs and changeover documentation

Requirements

• Previous MSD Inserter or similar machine operating experience preferred.
• Direct mail, printing, bindery, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 25–50 lbs., maintain reliable attendance, and work effectively with a team.
