Midway Staffing is hiring reliable and motivated Packers for a leading food manufacturing facility in Streamwood, Illinois. Positions are available to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Trim, cut, slice, and prepare fresh produce.

• Pack finished products into boxes and containers.

• Build boxes and prepare materials for production lines.

• Palletize finished products and prepare them for shipment.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Support production operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to work the full Monday–Saturday schedule.

• Ability to stand for eight or more hours per shift.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 36°F.

• Able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Manufacturing or food-production experience is helpful but not required.
