Midway Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Record Center Specialist to support warehouse operations in Victorville, CA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and following safety and quality procedures.

Location: Victorville, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay rate: $19

Duties:

• Process inventory fulfillment, inquiry fulfillment, custom kit assembly, and inventory receipts in compliance with Iron Mountain procedures and standards.
• Work efficiently and safely in one or more warehouse departments.
• Accurately and timely process assigned tasks and record information in documents and software applications.
• Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 51 lbs., including lifting items to and from shoulder height.
• Operate and complete required certification for Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, reach trucks, and other lift equipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, and binders.
• Use warehouse tools including box cutters, tape guns, dispensers, and staplers.
• Load, unload, push, and pull carts or pallets weighing up to 1,500 lbs. using appropriate equipment.
• Stuff and seal envelopes, build boxes, collate and insert materials, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Process incoming materials for receipt into inventory.
• Enter and maintain information in Iron Mountain applications.
• Identify problems and errors and take appropriate action to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Communicate opportunities to improve quality and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous PIT experience, including turret truck, forklift, and reach truck.
• Must be able to become certified to work in one or more departments.
• Physical strength and stamina to move materials and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 51 lbs.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail when reading orders, locating items, and following instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Positive and respectful attitude.
• Protective footwear is required and must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards for protective/safety toe footwear and have a slip-resistant rating designated as “Better” or “Best.”
