Customer Service Representative – Clerical - Fast-Paced Warehouse Environment

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented associates to support clerical operations in a busy warehouse environment. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and the corporate team to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Location: Sturtevant, WI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: [Insert Pay Rate]

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter data and complete daily reports
• Check drivers in and out throughout the day
• Print BOLs and outbound shipping paperwork
• Assign doors to drivers
• Track loads and schedules
• Monitor product inventory
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Assist customers with questions and concerns
• Prepare delivery reports
• Maintain accurate files and records
• Assist with other clerical duties as needed
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well with a team
• AS400 experience is a plus
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive computer and clerical tasks
