Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to inspect products and materials throughout the manufacturing process. The QA Inspector will ensure products meet company quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products and components for quality and accuracy.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Perform in-process inspections and final inspections.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production teams.
• Assist with identifying root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet established quality and safety standards.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Age 18+
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong physical stamina

Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Fast-paced, hands-on role

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance

• Flexible scheduling may be required at some sites
