Job Description
Hot Water Production Line Lead
Are you an experienced production professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a Hot Water Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, lead an assembly team, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
Location: Mesquite, Texas 75149
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, Flexible 10-hour shift; occasional overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Duties:
- Lead a team of 14–17 employees responsible for assembly, testing, and packaging of manufactured products.
- Monitor production progress and update the production results board hourly to meet daily goals.
- Prepare work areas by reviewing assembly instructions, gathering parts, tools, and materials, and ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Assemble and inspect components, troubleshoot production issues, identify non-conforming products, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of production operations experience, preferably in a Lead or supervisory role.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and support process improvements.
