Turret Truck Operator

Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced and reliable Turret Truck Operators to support warehouse operations in Victorville, CA. The ideal candidate will have previous turret truck experience, strong attention to safety and accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Victorville, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Duties:

• Safely and efficiently operate a Turret Truck to move, load, unload, and put away materials throughout the warehouse.

• Retrieve and store inventory in designated locations while maintaining accuracy.

• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Load and unload pallets and materials using appropriate equipment.

• Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, and other material-handling activities as assigned.

• Accurately scan and record inventory movements using warehouse systems.

• Verify product, quantities, locations, and documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Inspect equipment before and during use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company, warehouse, and OSHA safety procedures.

• Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality expectations.

• Communicate inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns to management.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous Turret Truck experience required.

• Previous forklift or other Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is a plus.

• Ability to successfully complete required equipment certification.

• Ability to safely operate a turret truck at various heights and in narrow-aisle warehouse environments.

• Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 51 lbs.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

• Positive and professional attitude.

• Protective footwear is required and must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards for protective/safety toe footwear and have a slip-resistant rating designated as “Better” or “Best.”
