Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to assist with daily manufacturing operations. Candidates will be responsible for assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package products according to company standards.
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects.
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Age 18+
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong physical stamina
Preferred:
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
